Compassionate Support for Your Path to Personal Transformation

Meet Becca!

Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor & Clinical Mental Health Therapist

If you find yourself stuck in cycles of avoidance, distraction, or repression—especially when life feels overwhelming—you’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating the world with ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, or sensory sensitivities, I’m here to support you in building a life rooted in self-understanding, empowerment, and peace.

I work with neurodivergent individuals to unmask, unlearn shame, recognize patterns that no longer serve them, and develop tools to regulate emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and feel safe in their own experience. We will also promote your autonomy and figure out what needs and accommodations may need to be implemented into your life to improve your quality of life and to be able to function daily.  My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and centered around protecting your peace—whatever that means for you.

Treatment with me may include EMDR, Flash, behavioral modifications, mindfulness-based CBT, and other somatic and strengths-based strategies tailored to your needs. I value collaboration, authenticity, and helping you feel truly seen. Healing is possible, even if it sometimes feels messy, nonlinear, or slow. You deserve a space where you can just be—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Inside Scoop: All About Me!

Most people describe me as a warm and fuzzy, empathic individual. I am lucky to have a family with my daughter, and 2 senior dogs (that I still describe as babies). On a deeper level- aspects of life that are extremely important to me (aside from my family) include culture, connecting to my roots, and identity. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. In my free time I am typically engaging in mindfulness activities, in the outdoors, working out, learning new recipes, increasing self- sustainability, and spending time with my family.
