Bri Salgado, LSW

Supervised by Anna Brewer, LISW-S

Hello! I’m Briana (Bri), and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges—one step at a time. I believe that healing and growth happen in a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to create that space for you: safe, compassionate, and free of judgment. I’m passionate about empowering individuals by providing the tools, encouragement, and support they need to overcome obstacles and build lasting resilience.

My approach to social work is person-centered and rooted in empathy. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all method to healing, which is why I draw from a variety of treatment modalities and interventions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I work with children ages 6 and up, as well as adults, and strive to foster a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship that honors your individual journey.

I have experience supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, domestic violence, perinatal and postpartum challenges, parenting struggles, and more. Through our work together, you will be supported in exploring your thoughts and emotions, developing healthy coping strategies, and moving toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
