Helping You Heal, Grow, and Become Your Most Authentic Self
Meet Brittany!
Licensed Social Worker
As a Master’s-level Social Worker (MSW, LSW), I am passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves. I believe therapy is a deeply personal journey of discovering who you are, healing from life’s challenges, and growing into the most authentic version of yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted without judgment—a place where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
With more than 10 years of experience working with youth in foster care and at-risk populations, I have developed a deep understanding of the impact trauma, adversity, and life transitions can have on emotional well-being. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and young adults, with a particular passion for supporting teen girls as they navigate the unique challenges of growing up and self-discovery. I also work with women who are experiencing the emotional strain of balancing life’s demands, including careers, relationships, parenting, postpartum adjustments, caregiving and major life transitions.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral concerns, neurodivergence, postpartum changes, or significant life and family transitions, I strive to meet you where you are with compassion, empathy, and respect.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and individualized because no two people have the same story. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused techniques to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience. My sessions are collaborative, balancing meaningful conversation with practical tools; empowering clients to gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and create lasting change with confidence.
Clients often describe me as empathic, insightful, warm, and authentic. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of healing, and I work to foster an environment where you feel comfortable being your true self.
Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. You are the expert on your own life, and you remain in charge of your therapeutic journey. My role is to walk alongside you, actively listen, offer guidance, and support you as you heal, grow, and become the best version of yourself. My hope is that every client leaves our sessions feeling seen, supported, and empowered.
