Guiding individuals and families toward balance and emotional wellness.

Meet Mallory!

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Hi! I’m Mallory, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I believe therapy works best when it’s a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

I’ve worked with children, teens, parents, and adults from diverse backgrounds in both telehealth and in-person settings. My background includes work in a domestic violence shelter, working with children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and providing outpatient mental and behavioral health therapy. These experiences have shaped my belief in meaningful change through skill-building, meaning-making, my clients’ own natural strengths and interests, and genuine human connection.

My approach is collaborative, creative, and individualized to you, using evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and others to meet you where you’re at. I believe the capacity for resilience, positive change, and wellness already exist within you. I value play, humor, creativity, and special interests as powerful tools for healing, emotional regulation, and building trust. Even if we’re working through heavy topics, therapy doesn’t have to feel overwhelming — we can also allow space for laughter and light.

I am committed to inclusivity, a neurodiversity-affirming approach, and lifelong learning grounded in both professional training and lived experience. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, career changes, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or other concerns, my goal is to help you identify and nurture the strengths and supports in your life, create new patterns, and improve your day-to-day well-being.
