A Safe Place to Heal, Grow, and Move Forward

I am a recent graduate of Youngstown State University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I currently hold my Counselor Trainee license and will receive my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license upon completion of the Summer 2026 semester. I am passionate about working with people from all walks of life and believe that every person’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique.

My approach to counseling is eclectic, allowing me to incorporate different therapeutic techniques based on each individual’s needs and goals. I utilize concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered counseling. I believe that building a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of the counseling process, and I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, expressing their emotions, and exploring the things that matter most to them.

I enjoy bringing creativity and compassion into my work and meeting clients where they are without judgment. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop meaningful coping skills, navigate life’s challenges, and work toward the changes they want to make.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy drawing, walking through nature, playing video games, and a good game of pinball. I also enjoy finding creative ways to incorporate my interests into my everyday life. I am excited to continue growing as a counselor and look forward to connecting with clients and supporting them throughout their individual journeys.
