Hello, I’m Tiana! I believe therapy is a space where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. You are the expert on yourself, and my role is to support you in your journey of healing, growth, and reaching your goals.

I am a Licensed Social Worker (MSW, LSW) with years of experience supporting children and teens who have experienced trauma or struggle with behavioral and emotional challenges. I especially enjoy working with young people on issues such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, ADHD, adjustment difficulties, and family changes. I believe behavior is a form of communication, and I strive to help children and families discover healthier, more effective ways to connect.

I also have a deep passion for walking alongside individuals and families facing pregnancy and infant loss, infertility, and grief. These experiences are profoundly meaningful to me and are part of what inspired me to become a therapist. My goal is to create a compassionate space where you can honor your story, process complex emotions, and find hope and resilience as you move forward.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and strength-based. I aim to provide a safe and empathetic space where you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time with family and friends (and my cats!), tending my flower garden, going to the beach, and country music.
